CANCELLATION POLICY At this time I will be requiring ALL clients to enter a credit/debit card at the time of making the appointment due to no shows. With that being said my rules are as follows: •Your deposit will go towards your entire service cost. • I WILL charge a no show fee of 50% if you book and do not show without speaking to me. This will be charged to the card put in when booking, or via invoice. If the fee is not paid you will not be rebooked. •Cancellations 48 hours in advance will be fully refunded for their deposit. •No shows or cancellations the day of will not be refunded. •30 minutes or later is considered a no show unless we have spoke before and I know you are going to be late. - I do understand things happen and if something comes up the day before or even the day of my messages are always open and I will always try to work things out with my clients. Communication is very important to me and I want to be able to convenience everyone to the best of my ability. Thank you all for understanding!
